Project Scope
Details
Complete interior renovations and new entrance structure for 15,000 sf healthcare facility. Work included complete renovation of all interiors, including all electrical and mechanical systems, construction of new building entrance, 10,000 gal underground rainwater cistern and a 250 kVA emergency power generator. This project was LEED Silver Certified for Interior Commercial Construction.
