Project Scope
Details
Complete interior renovations of 12,000 sf. interior office space. Work included complete renovation of all interior finishes, custom casework, and new electrical and mechanical systems. This project required a fast-track delivery for occupancy in 120 calendar days. ICS worked closely with the CM and A/E to identify long lead items and expedite the delivery of these items to meet the project schedule.
